Kate Spade is hiring a part-time Sales Associate (Stylist) in Lehi, UT at Outlets at Traverse Mountains. Join a creative, customer-focused retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly; assess needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
- Provide personalized styling advice and build complete looks using Kate Spade assortments across categories.
- Recommend add‑ons and complementary products to increase basket size while reinforcing the brand aesthetic.
- Deliver a seamless transactional experience using POS systems and follow-through on purchases.
- Maintain operational excellence: organize stockroom, replenish floor sets, and support inventory processes.
- Utilize creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and display products, encouraging customers to explore new styles.
- Support omni-channel selling and virtual client interactions as needed; promote return visits and client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and strong interpersonal communication.
- Prior retail experience; experience in fashion or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs (occasional up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment with direct customer selling responsibilities is required; experience within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or education in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
