Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and establish rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Actively listen and ask thoughtful questions to identify customers’ aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, suggest add-ons and present multiple ways to wear products.
- Drive sales through storytelling and consultative selling, guiding customers through purchase decisions to a seamless checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including point-of-sale (POS) transactions and inventory organisation.
- Adopt omnichannel selling practices and virtual styling tools to engage customers across channels.
- Provide and accept constructive feedback to support continuous improvement of customer experience and team performance.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; perform routine physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasional up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to adopt omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency sufficient for customer service in the U.S. market.
- Ability to meet the role’s physical requirements, including lifting and moving merchandise.

Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrated success in customer-facing sales or styling roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
