Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and styling needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products and add-ons, and create complete looks that inspire customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using point-of-sale systems
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and encouraging return visits
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and storytelling capabilities to drive results through authentic customer connections
  • Ensure operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise display, and accurate POS transactions
  • Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
