Kate Spade New York is hiring a Retail Stylist (temporary, part-time) in Las Vegas, NV at Las Vegas South Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, establishing rapport and demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customer preferences and create complete, on-brand looks.
- Recommend complementary items and upsell through persuasive storytelling and merchandising techniques.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate products to inspire exploration of new styles.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure accurate, efficient POS transactions.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention best practices.
- Contribute to team performance by giving and receiving constructive feedback and supporting store objectives.
- Work a flexible schedule to support peak trading periods, including nights, weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail days.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritising tasks and collaborating within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (or the local market language).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre across sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; experience delivering personalised styling or selling premium/lifestyle products is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
