Kate Spade seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate III in Las Vegas, NV (Las Vegas North Premium Outlets).
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, build rapport and deliver elevated, personalized styling advice to create complete looks.
- Listen proactively to customer needs, ask insightful questions and recommend relevant products and add-ons.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and strong customer connections; meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Kate Spade product attributes across categories and translate features into lifestyle benefits.
- Execute efficient POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards: organize and replenish the sales floor, manage stockroom organization and visual presentation.
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, including appropriate use of social media, to engage customers.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; proven customer-facing sales experience required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, busy season and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required. Experience in styling, premium brands or boutique environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, merchandising or a related field is a plus.
