Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport through attentive listening and product storytelling.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products across categories.
- Drive sales by recommending add-ons, demonstrating multiple ways to wear products and guiding purchase decisions to checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence including POS transactions, stockroom organisation and visual presentation of product.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to engage customers across in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Deliver consistent, celebratory customer follow-up to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail sales experience required; experience in fashion styling or premium brands preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform routine stockroom and floor duties.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrable selling results; experience providing personalised styling or client advisory services preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
