Kate Spade hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV — retail role focused on styling, customer service and omnichannel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and build rapport, using active listening to assess style needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that showcase product versatility.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons, and close transactions accurately via POS.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, perform merchandising and replenish stock.
  • Support omnichannel activities including virtual selling and social media-driven client engagement.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, visual and safety standards; assist with receiving and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrated comfort on a sales floor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, high‑traffic days and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  • English proficiency (local language proficiency acceptable per market).
