Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and build rapport, using active listening to assess style needs and preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that showcase product versatility.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons, and close transactions accurately via POS.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits and foster long-term client relationships.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, perform merchandising and replenish stock.
- Support omnichannel activities including virtual selling and social media-driven client engagement.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, visual and safety standards; assist with receiving and inventory tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrated comfort on a sales floor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, high‑traffic days and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency acceptable per market).
