Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and build rapport to create memorable in-store experiences.
  • Assess customer needs through active listening and thoughtful follow-up questions.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product categories.
  • Recommend complementary items and encourage add-on purchases to maximise each sale.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and tell compelling brand and product stories to drive conversion.
  • Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and ensure a positive checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom, manage inventory, and support visual merchandising standards.
  • Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including social media engagement when required.
  • Accept and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Perform routine physical tasks including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally to 50 lbs) and maintaining the sales floor.

Experience
