The Sales Associate serves as a knowledgeable styling advisor, helping customers discover personal style and select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role supports customer engagement, sales, product storytelling, stockroom organization and POS transactions, and requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
