Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and act as a trusted advisor to identify customer needs and personal style preferences.
- Provide tailored styling advice and compose complete looks across categories, suggesting add-ons and alternative ways to wear products.
- Drive sales through storytelling, active listening and product knowledge; convert interactions into purchases and repeat visits.
