Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that reflect the customer's vision
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and categories
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and build brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all categories
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions

- English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Education
