Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warmth and product expertise, establishing rapport and identifying needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
• Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry and accessories.
• Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add‑ons and cross‑category recommendations, and guide customers through a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions, visual presentation and inventory organisation.
• Adopt omni‑channel selling behaviours, including virtual consultations and social selling techniques, to support business targets.
• Work collaboratively with the store team, accept and give constructive feedback, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Professional selling aptitude with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
• Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
• English language proficiency (local language proficiency where applicable) and social media awareness.

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required; previous selling or styling experience in fashion or accessories is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail, fashion or styling training is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
