Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle preferences and aesthetic preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience via POS systems
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat patronage and brand loyalty
- Drive results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and merchandising standards
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Awareness of social media and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
