Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle preferences and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience via POS systems
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat patronage and brand loyalty
  • Drive results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and merchandising standards

Qualifications
