Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating extensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and curate complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles with creativity
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage brand loyalty and repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and honest manner
- Demonstrate flexibility in working evenings, weekends, holidays, and during high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, public holidays, and busy retail periods

Education
