Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questioning and provide personalized styling advice and add-on suggestions
  • Create complete looks and showcase multiple ways to wear products to inspire customer exploration and purchases
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure seamless checkout and transaction completion
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale (POS) transactions
  • Build strong customer connections through storytelling and brand narrative to drive sales results
  • Support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives with awareness of social media platforms and digital engagement techniques
  • Accept flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
  • Reinforce customer choices and build relationships that encourage repeat visits and brand advocacy

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in English (or local market language where applicable)
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
