Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to guide styling decisions
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that extend customers' wardrobes
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, product storytelling, and compelling presentation techniques
- Maintain operational excellence including POS transactions, stockroom organization, and inventory management
- Educate customers on product attributes and brand heritage to reinforce purchase decisions and encourage repeat visits
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Work collaboratively with team members, giving and receiving constructive feedback in service of shared business objectives
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate varying schedule needs, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly across multiple merchandise categories
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
