Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
  • Execute brand-standard visual merchandising, maintain boutique presentation and ensure merchandise integrity.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately; manage cash handling, transactions, returns and reconciliations.
  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff, model service standards and contribute to team training and development.
  • Represent the brand at all times by upholding company policies, quality standards and customer-first service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of progressive retail sales experience, preferably with a premium or luxury fashion brand.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and demonstrate strong client development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished customer-facing presence.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.
