Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in luxury or premium fashion merchandising and client relationship management.
- Strong communication skills with professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.

Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion brands, with a verifiable record of meeting sales KPIs and delivering high-touch customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or business is preferred.
