Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Act as a role model for junior staff by demonstrating selling techniques, product knowledge and professional presentation; assist in onboarding and coaching when required.
  • Contribute to store marketing activity and client events, executing CRM programmes and capturing client data to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a consistent record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with affluent clientele.
  • Strong visual awareness and attention to detail with experience implementing merchandising standards.
  • Reliable, professional presentation and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Right to work in the country of employment (local work authorization) and ability to travel locally for events as needed.

Experience
