Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch, personalised client service and build a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling of handbags, accessories and complementary product ranges.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain floor sets to brand guidelines to maximize product appeal and conversion.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure compliance with cash-handling and transaction policies.
- Manage stockroom operations, conduct cycle counts, receive and replenish inventory, and support stock integrity procedures.
- Support store opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention practices and maintenance of a polished, boutique presentation.
- Communicate product knowledge, styling recommendations and after-sales care to clients to enhance lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales performance, preferably within luxury, premium apparel or accessories segments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation and polished professional presentation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail for transaction processing and inventory tasks.
- Authorization to work in the United States (or local market) without sponsorship, where applicable.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive retail sales experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium brands and demonstrated success meeting sales targets; experience with accessories and leather goods is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or merchandising is advantageous.
