Role & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company policies, service protocols and health & safety requirements while delivering a luxury client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales with demonstrable results in client acquisition and retention.
  • Deep product knowledge and the ability to translate brand heritage into compelling client narratives.
  • Strong numerical literacy for cash handling, POS operation and basic sales reporting.
  • Professional presentation and a client-focused demeanour aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
