Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, add-on strategies and conversion optimization.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand directives and promotional windows.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
  • Support inventory management: receive and process stock, execute replenishment and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during in-store events and promotions, representing Kate Spade’s aesthetic and product knowledge.
  • Mentor less-experienced associates when required and support store leadership with operational tasks and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment (where applicable).

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred.
