Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive conversion and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling of product assortments.
- Curate visual merchandising standards within the boutique to reflect brand presentation guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage transactional responsibilities including accurate cash handling, POS operation and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support inventory management: receive stock, perform cycle counts, process transfers and maintain stockroom organisation.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and client service best practices when required.
- Contribute to store KPI analysis and daily sales reporting to inform merchandising and staffing decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in premium or luxury fashion, preferably 2+ years in a client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a repeat client base.
- Strong product and brand knowledge with the ability to articulate craftsmanship, materials and fit.
- Excellent numeracy and attention to detail for transactions and inventory tasks.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.

Experience
Typically requires at least two years of retail experience in premium, contemporary, or luxury brands with a proven sales record and demonstrated client development skills; supervisory or mentoring experience is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail, or business is preferred but not mandatory.
