Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized client service through proactive clienteling to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, converting traffic and maximising average transaction value.
  • Maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising and presentation according to brand floor sets and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately while handling cash, receipts and end-of-day reconciliation following loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and timely reporting of discrepancies.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand: communicate product knowledge, story and seasonal campaigns to clients and colleagues.
  • Assist store management with onboarding, training and coaching of junior sales staff as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high-performance sales in luxury, premium or boutique retail environments.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and an ability to cultivate repeat clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or business preferred.

Experience
