Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, effective merchandising and disciplined conversion techniques.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures, handle cash and card transactions, process returns and maintain accurate till reconciliation in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and store presentation, including replenishment, window displays and product rotations to reflect brand directives.
- Support omni‑channel fulfilment activities (click & collect, ship-from-store) and liaise with inventory and store leadership to ensure stock availability.
- Act as a product expert across categories, advising clients on styling, materials and care; communicate customer feedback and trends to management.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, health & safety and customer service protocols while assisting with opening/closing and back-of-house duties as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales KPIs.
- Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury brand environment.
- Comfortable performing cash handling and POS transactions with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Legal eligibility to work in the hiring country.

Experience
Approximately 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium apparel and accessories; demonstrated success meeting sales targets and executing clienteling activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
