Role & Responsibilities

- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately, manage cash handling and process returns according to policy.
- Oversee stockroom organization, receive and replenishment of inventory, and participate in inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, shift coordination and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff; contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; confident presenting product benefits and styling recommendations.
- Strong clienteling capability, including follow-up, appointment setting and relationship management.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail or commerce preferred.
