Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and strategic clienteling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, including follow-ups, appointment setting and personalized product recommendations.
- Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are executed to brand guidelines, including window and floor displays.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
- Support inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to loss-prevention protocols and maintain a secure, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to support promotions, events and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales record with ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
