Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations that translate brand DNA into complete looks and elevated wardrobe solutions.
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and product expertise; ask insightful questions to uncover needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and suggestive add-ons to build complete outfits and increase basket size.
- Execute omnichannel selling activities, including virtual selling and social-media-driven customer engagement.
- Maintain operational standards: POS transactions, stockroom organization, inventory replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Provide excellent post‑purchase service to reinforce customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; demonstrated success in a customer-facing sales environment.
- Comfort with multitasking, prioritization and collaborative teamwork in a high-traffic retail setting.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales is required; experience with styling, visual merchandising or a lifestyle/fashion brand is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certificate in fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.
