Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure frictionless checkout transactions
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS system proficiency
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Actively participate in omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives
- Demonstrate flexibility and availability to work nights, weekends, and peak retail periods including holidays
