Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver styling-led, consultative customer service: greet guests, assess needs through probing questions, and present curated looks across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest complementary items and close transactions while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to communicate features and styling versatility.
- Support omnichannel selling and virtual appointments; encourage customers to engage with brand digital touchpoints.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions, inventory organization and merchandising standards.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to foster team performance and customer focus.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, climb and maneuver on the sales floor/stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience required; experience in luxury or fashion retail and demonstrable track record of client engagement preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
