Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and a personable approach to service.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to create cohesive looks, suggest add-ons and drive basket size through storytelling.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and deliver accurate, efficient checkout via point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory replenishment and organisation.
- Employ omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, supporting clients across in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs through proactive clientelling and by fostering repeat business.
- Perform physical tasks as required (frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifts to 50 lbs) and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within premium or lifestyle fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to adopt omni/virtual selling methods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support peak trading periods and promotional events.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrable selling results; experience providing styling advice and delivering customer-focused service preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer-service training is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
