Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confidence while demonstrating deep product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customers' personal aesthetics and build complete looks with Kate Spade assortments.
- Recommend add‑ons and complementary items; use storytelling to drive conversions and increase average transaction value.
- Facilitate a seamless purchase journey including POS transactions and checkout, and encourage customer return visits.
- Maintain operational standards: stockroom organization, merchandising, inventory replenishment and loss‑prevention practices.
- Employ creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and support omnichannel selling and virtual consultations.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Demonstrable product knowledge and an aptitude for styling and visual presentation.
- Capacity to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally to 50 lbs) and to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required, with hands‑on selling responsibility and demonstrable customer service success. Experience in styling or luxury/fashion retail and familiarity with omnichannel sales approaches is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in fashion, retail, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.

This position is based in Rocky View County, Alberta, Canada, within easy reach of Calgary.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 15.50 to CAD 20 per hour.
