Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, boutique-level client experience through proactive clienteling, personalized styling and post-sale follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.

- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, manage cash handling and complete transactions in line with store policy.
- Maintain standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, executing floor sets, mannequins and promotional displays to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory tasks including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, trunk shows and product launches; assist with client appointments and private shopping experiences.
- Compile and communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to store leadership to inform buying and merchandising decisions.
- Support opening/closing procedures, daily operational reporting and collaboration with the store team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail sales with a demonstrable sales track record.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through effective clienteling and CRM usage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-focused manner.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling integrity; familiarity with POS systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of sales experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail with proven ability to meet targets and develop client relationships. Prior clienteling and boutique experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or post-secondary study in fashion, retail or merchandising is advantageous.
