Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide expert styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandising, and inventory management
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, compelling storytelling, and brand knowledge
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products to encourage customer exploration and repeat visits
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to build loyalty and encourage future purchases
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner and collaborate with team members
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holiday periods, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maintain physical capability for retail operations
