Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and build rapport with customers, demonstrating confident product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and recommend complementary items to drive average transaction value.
- Listen proactively to customer needs, ask insightful follow-up questions and guide purchase decisions to achieve sales targets.
- Execute point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and stockroom organisation; receive and replenish inventory as needed.
- Engage in omnichannel and virtual selling activities and support social media initiatives to extend customer relationships.
- Operate safely and reliably on the shop floor, including lifting and moving stock per established guidelines.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail, customer-facing experience in a sales environment.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and manoeuvre within retail and stockroom spaces.
- Willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques and apply social media awareness to client engagement.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role is required; demonstrable selling results and face-to-face styling experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Commerce, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
