Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that reflect customer preferences
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products to encourage exploration of new styles and collections
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, professional checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases, inviting guests to return for future shopping experiences
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and positioning across all seasonal collections
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest and professional manner
- Support omnichannel selling efforts through social media awareness and willingness to learn virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales through consultative selling approaches.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
