Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client‑centric service: greet guests warmly, listen to needs, and act as a trusted stylist and advisor.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations, assemble complete looks and suggest relevant add‑ons to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and articulate brand stories to drive sales.
- Execute omnichannel selling activities, including virtual appointments and social media engagement to convert clients.
- Operate POS and complete accurate transactions; maintain stockroom organisation and visual standards on the sales floor.
- Manage purchase guidance through to checkout and reinforce customer decisions to encourage repeat visits.
- Contribute constructively to team feedback, participate in training and support operational excellence.
- Perform light physical tasks required for retail operations, including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
