Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Hershey, Pennsylvania (Tanger Outlets Hershey) to deliver styling-led customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers with confident, informed service; build rapport through active listening and insightful questioning.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products across categories.
  • Drive sales through thoughtful product storytelling, suggest relevant add-ons, and close transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and articulate brand heritage to elevate the customer experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence including sales-floor presentation, stockroom organisation, inventory handling and POS accuracy.
  • Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; support social media-led client engagement where required.
  • Uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, and assist with receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention activities.
  • Perform physical tasks as required: regularly lift ~25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and manoeuvre within the retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in styling or luxury accessory sales is advantageous.
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Familiarity with omni-channel retailing and willingness to learn virtual selling approaches.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle merchandise as described.

Experience
