Kate Spade New York seeks a Sales Associate in Halton Hills, Ontario. Part-time retail stylist role offering product expertise and customer engagement opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their styling preferences and lifestyle
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that showcase Kate Spade products
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using point-of-sale systems
  • Maintain stockroom organization and perform inventory management tasks
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and deploying omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • Reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits through excellent service and follow-up
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
