Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, demonstrate excellent product knowledge and build rapport to understand customer needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons and guide customers through purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, inventory handling and POS transactions.
- Adopt omni/virtual selling techniques and support social media or digital client engagement as required.
- Reinforce customer choices and cultivate repeat business through follow-up and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion, accessories or luxury retail preferred.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Prior experience in a retail environment is required; candidates with background in fashion, accessories or luxury retail are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related coursework is an asset.
