Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, maintaining deep product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to discover customer needs, build complete looks, and recommend complementary items.
- Use creative merchandising on the sales floor to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and pair products.
- Convert interactions to sales by guiding purchase decisions and ensuring a smooth checkout via POS.
- Maintain operational excellence: manage stockroom organization, process inventory, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Drive business results through storytelling, relationship building and proactive client follow-up.
- Give and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; perform routine physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications

Experience

Education
