Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised customer service and styling advice to guide purchase decisions and create complete looks.

  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and showcase multiple ways to wear and combine items.
  • Execute POS transactions, manage checkout experience and ensure sales accuracy.
  • Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
  • Adopt omnichannel selling techniques (virtual selling) and leverage social media awareness to engage customers.
  • Support loss prevention, adhere to safety and ADA accommodation procedures, and perform light to moderate physical tasks.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Comfort with omnichannel selling tools and social media engagement.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre sales floor and stockroom.
