Kate Spade New York seeks a Sales Associate in Grove City, Pennsylvania to deliver expert styling guidance and drive retail sales results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that encourage customer exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain stockroom organization, execute POS transactions, and uphold operational excellence standards
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building lasting relationships
- Demonstrate proficiency in omni-channel and virtual selling techniques alongside traditional retail approaches
- Give and receive constructive feedback in support of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of professional selling skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
