Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative storytelling
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout and payment experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building brand loyalty

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Fluency in English
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days
