Kate Spade is hiring a Part‑Time Sales Associate (Stylist) in Grove City, PA at Grove City Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with warmth and professional poise, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customer preferences and build complete looks across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest relevant add‑ons, and close transactions via POS with attention to conversion and average order value.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine products to inspire repeat visits and deepen customer loyalty.
- Maintain retail standards including stockroom organisation, inventory handling and visual presentation of merchandise.
- Support omnichannel business by learning and using virtual selling techniques and social media engagement when required.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and manoeuvring the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer‑facing sales environment; fashion or apparel experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques and social media engagement.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency where applicable).
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and kneel as required by retail operations.

Experience
Minimum one year of prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience, with demonstrated selling ability and comfort working in a fast‑paced fashion retail environment; experience with lifestyle or apparel brands is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
