Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
  • Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer styling needs and lifestyle preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products creatively and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and build brand loyalty
  • Drive results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Support omnichannel and virtual selling techniques with willingness to engage via social media

Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience demonstrating sales ability and customer service excellence
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to relate to diverse customer demographics
  • Strong multitasking ability with capacity to prioritize competing customer needs
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom with ease, including climbing, bending, and kneeling
