Kate Spade is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Gretna, NE (Nebraska Crossing Outlets). Client-facing role focused on styling, sales and omnichannel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with confident, knowledgeable styling advice; build rapport to understand customers' aesthetic and lifestyle preferences.
- Provide personalised outfitting and recommend complementary products to create complete looks that increase average transaction value.
- Translate brand storytelling into sales by demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories and articulating key attributes.
- Execute omnichannel selling activities, including virtual selling and social outreach, to convert and retain clients.
- Perform operational tasks: maintain sales floor presentation, organise the stockroom, process POS transactions, and execute loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store colleagues, exchange constructive feedback, and support store performance targets during peak trading periods and promotional events.
- Safely handle merchandise and stock: regularly lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the store.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; luxury or branded-fashion retail preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to adopt omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail days.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in fashion or branded/luxury retail and direct styling/customer-advisory roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.

This position is based in Gretna, Nebraska, USA, within easy reach of Omaha.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
