Kate Spade (Grapevine, TX) seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver styling-led customer service at Grapevine Mills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport to understand individual style and lifestyle needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product assortments.
- Drive sales by recommending add-ons, presenting product storytelling, and closing transactions at POS.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, inventory handling and visual presentation of product.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques (including virtual consultations) and engage customers via social media as appropriate.
- Ensure a seamless checkout experience and invite customers to return, reinforcing brand loyalty.
- Perform routine physical tasks required for retail (lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, occasional heavier lifting, bending, climbing and stockroom manoeuvres).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; demonstrated ability to meet customers and recommend product solutions.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and learning omni/virtual selling platforms.
- Ability to lift and handle merchandise (regularly 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- English proficiency required for the U.S. market.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales role with demonstrated selling or styling responsibilities; experience engaging customers through both in‑store and digital channels preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certificate in fashion, retail or visual merchandising preferred.
