Kate Spade New York seeks a Sales Associate in Kuala Lumpur to deliver personalized styling and product expertise to luxury lifestyle customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration and discovery
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, confident checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization, POS transaction management, and inventory awareness
- Drive sales results through authentic storytelling, deep brand knowledge, and demonstration of product attributes and versatility
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail environment experience
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a collaborative team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to develop omnichannel and virtual selling competencies
- English or local language proficiency as appropriate for the market
