Kate Spade New York seeks a Sales Associate in Kuala Lumpur to deliver exceptional styling and customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to understand their aesthetic, lifestyle, and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products and add-ons, and create cohesive complete looks
- Showcase creative ways to wear and combine products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and brand offerings
- Guide customers seamlessly through purchase decisions and checkout processes while reinforcing brand values
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and point-of-sale transactions
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
